WHAT ARE UNCLAIMED FUNDS?

Checks lost in the mail or received but never deposited.

Inactive bank accounts.

Life or health insurance payments to a loved one that has died.

Uncashed paychecks.

WHY HASN'T SOMEONE CONTACTED ME BEFORE?

Organizations that owed you money may not have had the correct spelling of your name, or address. How could the postman deliver a check to you with somebody else's name or a bad address?

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We charge a small percentage of the amount received.

Unless we recover money for you, there is NO fee.

AND

Most importantly, we charge NO fee unless you are issued a check first.

HOW WILL I GET PAID?

Since our claims are filed with the State of New York, a check is made out to YOU by the State of New York, directly.

 

 

 

HOW DO WE START THE PROCESS?

Just respond to the letter with a phone call. Since it can take upwards of six months to process a claim, make the call and contact us now.

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVATE INFORMATION?

There are a number of documents required by the state to process your claim. Our services include guiding you through these processes. Rest assured that this information will be kept strictly private and secure. We do not give access of this information to anyone if not absolutely necessary to process your claim.
